Mohamed Kamel is a seasoned executive, strategy expert and experienced consultant. He has 15+ years experience reshaping organizations and formulating transformation strategies having held Chief Executive and key leadership posts in several public and private organizations in Egypt and the UK. Mohamed is an ex-consultant with Bain & Company UK and currently serves on the boards of several large publicly-traded and privately-owned corporations. Mohamed earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BA in Economics from the American University in Cairo.
Alaa Hashim is a seasoned executive and veteran industrialist. He has 20+ years experience in turnarounds having held Chief Executive and key leadership posts in some of the largest privately-owned organizations with worldwide experience in Egypt, Africa, Europe, GCC, USA and China. Alaa is an expert on generating and managing top-line growth and optimizing operations utilizing lean principles. He currently serves on the boards of several prominent local and international organizations and corporations. Alaa earned his BSc in Mathematics from the American University in Cairo.
Mounir Sedki is a turnaround professional and an experienced consultant. He joined Transcendium in 2016 with 10 years of professional management consulting experience, including 4 years with Booz & Company. Mounir formulated growth and transformation strategies for several projects in the F&B, real estate, tourism, transportation & logistics industries. Mounir earned his BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science & Technology.
Ibrahim El Sanjak is an experienced investment professional and strategy consultant. He has 10+ years of experience in management consulting and private equity, including 4 years with IBM Consulting’s Strategy & Transformation practice in the UAE. Ibrahim led various corporate strategy and functional operations transformations across the public sector, transport, real estate, logistics and aviation industries in Egypt and the UAE. Ibrahim earned his MBA from INSEAD and his BSBA from the American University of Sharjah.
Mostafa Bedair is a restructuring consultant turned turnaround professional. He started out with McKinsey&Company’s Operations and Restructuring practices in 2011, where he worked on and led projects in Germany and MENA. In 2016 he moved to executive management of turnarounds, and has since been focusing on agricultural and industrial SMEs in Egypt. Mostafa earned his MBA from INSEAD and his BSc and MSc in Industrial Engineering from Technische Universtität Darmstadt in Germany.
Mohamed El-Shazly is an experienced oil and gas and F&B industry professional. He has 4+ years of project management and transformation management experience, including 2 years of project engineering and project integration experience with Royal Dutch Shell in the Netherlands. Mohamed worked on a variety of revamp and growth projects in the chemicals industry for the private sector in Europe and Asia. He has 2+ years of transformation management experience in a leading F&B chain in Egypt. Mohamed earned his MSc in Process Systems Engineering from Imperial College London and his BEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester.
Seif Shazly is an experienced consultant and transformation professional with over 6 years of experience in strategic business transformations. Prior to Transcendium Seif was a management consultant with Bain & Company in 6 countries across EMEA, where he has led several projects in post-merger integration, digital transformation, and corporate due diligence across various industries, mainly financial services. He has earned his MSs and BSc in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from Technische Universtität Darmstadt.”
Seif Salama is a result-oriented young professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for creating perceptible transformative impact. He is CFA (L1) certified and is well versed in the financial sector; specifically, through investment banking and deals management programs. Seif also possesses operational expertise in the trading and manufacturing sectors through his prior involvement with local medium-sized businesses. He earned his BSc in Actuarial Science with Business and Economics minors from the American University in Cairo.
Omar Galal is a transformation management professional with experience across the FMCG, agriculture and export business industries.
He has also acquired investment banking expertise through various engagements.
Omar earned his BA in Finance from the American University in Cairo.
Omar Elzorkany is a turnaround professional with experience in the F&B industry. Omar has worked on a variety of design and innovation projects in the automotive, aerospace and electric power industries including the University of Manchester and in association with local and global electric power providers. He has over a year of digital transformation experience in a leading Egyptian F&B chain. Omar earned his MEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester.
Amir Botros is an experienced turnaround professional with expertise in the luxury goods and F&B sectors. Since joining Transcendium in 2022, he has been focusing on digitally transforming one of Egypt’s leading F&B chains. Prior to joining Transcendium, Amir successfully managed one of Egypt’s most prominent jewelry brands for 5+ years across their three verticals: manufacturing, wholesale, and retail. Amir earned his B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering with Management from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
Zeina Chedid is a business transformation professional with experience in the F&B industry. Since joining Transcendium in 2023, she has been managing various digital transformation initiatives in one of Egypt’s leading F&B chains. Prior to joining Transcendium, Zeina was a management consultant with Bain & Company in the GCC for 2 years, where she was engaged on various digital and strategic business transformation projects. Zeina earned her BA in Finance with a minor in Economics from the American University in Cairo.
